Terms

Plain-language summary. Relay is an agent observability product by oprag.ai. These terms describe how the service works today. A full legal review will replace this before Enterprise contracts.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Relay API, CLI, or Architect dashboard (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, adapter secrets, and API keys secure. Treat keys like passwords — activity under your credentials is your responsibility. Revoke and rotate keys from the Architect dashboard if you suspect exposure.

Acceptable use

Don't capture session content you have no right to record, attempt to break tenant isolation or access other customers' data, reverse-engineer the Service, resell access without agreement, or use the Service to store or transmit unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

Billing and subscriptions

Starter is free. Team is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from billing settings — you keep access through the end of the current billing period, and we don't prorate partial months. Enterprise plans are governed by a separate signed agreement. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

Data ownership

You own the agent session data your hooks capture. You grant Relay a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your session content to train shared models or sell it. See our Privacy and Security pages for how data is handled.

Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While in beta and on Starter and Team plans, we do not offer a formal uptime SLA — that is available to Enterprise customers under contract. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relay (by oprag.ai) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on session replays or observability data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim. Session timelines reflect captured hook events and may be incomplete — verify before relying on them for compliance or security decisions.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the platform. On termination, your sessions are deleted per our retention practices; export anything you need first from the Architect dashboard.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves, and we'll update the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
